• 1a. Faculty Rate: Early Bird Registration – $200.00

• 2a. Reduced Faculty Rate: Early Bird Registration – $150.00

• 4b. Silver-Level Exhibitor (1st representative) – $1,200.00
  Exhibitor table for one representative during Friday and Saturday, including during meals, coffee breaks, and poster session. Also includes sponsorship of one meal and one coffee break. Exhibitors will have signage at the meal and coffee break, as well as an announcement of their sponsorship at the meal. Choose this rate for the first representative of your organization. • 4b+. Silver-Level Exhibitor PLUS Focus Group – $1,700.00

Also includes sponsorship of all meals and coffee breaks, registration packet inserts, and the ability to host a focus group. All exhibitors will have signage at the meals and coffee breaks, as well as an announcement of their sponsorship at the meals. Choose this rate for the first representative of your organization. • 4d. Exhibitor (Additional representatives) – $300.00

• 4e. Focus Group Add-On – $500.00
  For conference sponsors who have already paid for one of our tiered sponsorship levels. No need to fill out any of the demographic info, as this is just an add-on.
• 4g. Coffee Break/Meal Sponsorship – $500.00
  Sponsors will be announced at the conference kickoff and during the event, and signs displaying sponsor name and logo will be visibly posted in common areas during the sponsored event.
• 4h. Coffee Break Plus Focus Group – $1,000.00
• Guest – $255.00
  Only use this category for guests of a conference presenter/attendee who have no interest in joining STP (e.g., spouses, parents) but who do plan to attend sessions and enjoy food/drink.
