The Psychology Department at Contra Costa College is seeking a full-time, tenure-track professor in Psychology to begin in August 2024. The successful candidate will teach Psychology courses, participate in curriculum development, provide an inclusive learning environment that promotes the success of all students, and be dedicated to the functioning and improvement of the department and college. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, actively engaged in adapting teaching styles to enhance student learning, and committed to working collaboratively within the department and across the college to shape the future direction of education in our community.
Initial salary placement for full-time, tenure track positions is based on academic degree(s), upper/graduate level units earned, teaching experience and/or qualifying related professional occupation experience which ranges from $68,136 to $112,848 per year (Up to $132k).
